Charges

We are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to give details of the charges involved in certain types of matters.  Whilst we are required to give a guide on the prices we would always recommend that initially you contact us for a Free Initial Enquiry on 01629 56660. We then will be able to give you clear guidance on the likely costs of your matter.

Each matter is different and so we cannot give a fixed price for every matter.  We cannot guarantee the prices indicated will be what you are charged.

Unless we give a fixed quote, we will charge you on our hourly rate which varies dependant on the level of experience and qualifications of the fee earner involved. Prior to being instructed on any matter, we will always make it clear who will be acting for you and their charge out rate.

If possible, we will also give you some guidance on the costs involved for your specific matter.
